Terms of Service

The service
Loopback gives your customers a page to request a return and gives you a dashboard to approve or reject those requests. It does not print shipping labels, move inventory, or issue refunds — refunds remain entirely under your control in Shopify.
Your responsibilities
- You are the controller of your customers’ data; we process it on your instructions.
- You are responsible for your own return policy and for honouring the decisions you make.
- Keep your Shopify account secure — anyone with access to it can reach your dashboard.
Billing
Plans and prices are shown on the Shopify App Store listing and charged by Shopify on your regular Shopify invoice. Billing is monthly with no minimum term. Uninstalling the app cancels the subscription at the end of the current billing cycle. Because Shopify collects payment, all refunds are handled under Shopify’s billing terms.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance that affects the customer-facing returns page will be announced by email in advance where practical.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.
Ending the agreement
You may uninstall at any time. We may suspend an account that is being used to abuse the service or to break the law, and will tell you why unless prevented from doing so.
